NSCAA College Scholar All-America Nomination Information

Selection Criteria
To be nominated, a student-athlete must:
• Have at least a 3.30 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) throughout his/her career;
• Start more than 50 percent of the time and be a significant contributor;
• Be nominated by a coach whose team is a current NSCAA College Services member;
• Be a junior in academic standing or above at the institution;
• Be in the second year at the current school if a transfer student;
• Submit either 1) a certified copy of the student's transcript or 2) a copy of the transcript signed by the institution's compliance officer;
• Submit a completed Signature Release Form with the transcript by Nov. 25, 2009.

Application Procedure
1. The nominating school must be registered as a current NSCAA College Services member
2. The coach must complete and submit the online nomination form by Nov. 25, 2009.
3. Download and complete the Signature Release Form, which is available at the end of the online nomination process.
4. Gather all necessary supporting material (transcript, Signature Release Form).
5. Mail the Signature Release Form and transcripts, postmarked no later than Nov. 25, 2009, to:
